Welcome to RYNNIX Towing & Pickup. By scheduling, requesting, or using transportation, towing, pickup, delivery, recovery, or related services from RYNNIX Towing & Pickup ("RYNNIX," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

By requesting service, you authorize RYNNIX to transport, load, unload, secure, and deliver your motorcycle, ATV, UTV, dirt bike, scooter, lawn equipment, generator, or other small-engine equipment as directed by the customer.

The customer represents that they are the legal owner of the equipment or have authorization from the owner to request transportation services.

Transportation and towing estimates are provided as good-faith estimates based on the information available at the time of booking. Actual charges may vary due to distance, accessibility, equipment size, loading difficulty, wait times, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

Customers must disclose any known issues that may affect loading, unloading, transportation, or safety, including but not limited to locked steering, missing wheels, damaged frames, flat tires, seized brakes, fuel leaks, or other mechanical issues.

RYNNIX is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Customers acknowledge that equipment may contain pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, modifications, or mechanical issues before transportation.

RYNNIX recommends that customers document the condition of their equipment before service.

While RYNNIX takes reasonable precautions to safely transport equipment, we shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical failures unrelated to transportation
• Loose or improperly installed accessories
• Normal transportation vibrations
• Acts of nature
• Road hazards beyond our reasonable control
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transportation service giving rise to the claim.

Estimated pickup and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

RYNNIX shall not be responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RYNNIX reserves the right to refuse delivery or release of equipment until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Equipment left in the possession of RYNNIX beyond agreed pickup or delivery arrangements may be subject to storage fees.

Equipment remaining unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to applicable state laws regarding abandoned property.

Customers may cancel scheduled transportation services; however, cancellation fees may apply if the driver has already been dispatched, is en route, or has arrived at the pickup location.

RYNNIX reserves the right to refuse service when conditions are unsafe, illegal, inaccessible, or otherwise present unreasonable risk to personnel, vehicles, equipment, or property.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which RYNNIX operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
